Jen is creating a new school model to provide in-person and online education for a student body of 1000+. 

VCS was hired to partner with her and her team to plan and implement the new model. VCS completed a talent and transition plan to execute the necessary hiring, training and development needed for this team of 50+ educators. The transition was completed on-time and on budget. On a scale of 1-10, training attendees rated the VCS training an average score of 9.5 and shared positive feedback about how much they enjoyed the training.

Coffee Shop Owner

Craig has just opened a new location and needs help with a new website and coaching for ways to market his business.

VCS was hired to create his website and partner with him on creating a 3-year plan, business narrative and marketing. VCS partnered with Craig from concept to final launch of his new website, within 2 weeks. The project also included creating the company brand and developed a marcom strategy to promote online through social media and digital marketing.
